Juhi Parmar shares simple home remedies to get rid of tired, puffy eyes and dark circles

Most of the time, they dull your appearance and make you look tired and sluggish. To get rid of those bags under your eyes and fatiguemany opt for eye creams that promise amazing results. What can you do in this case? Trust the ancient home remedies to work wonders and give your eyes some much-needed relaxation. Hence, Juhi Parmar recently shared such a simple DIY hack that will help in downsizing dark circlesswelling and fatigue.

“Below the eyes is something that most of us complain about as it gives away the absence sleep or exhaustion. So spoil yourself this Sunday by reducing puffiness under your eyes and giving your face the perfect glow with simple ingredients like aloe vera and milk. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.” the actor wrote on Instagram. Just look.

Here’s what you need to do

*Take milk, rose water and Aloe vera gel.
* Mix these ingredients well.
* Place in the fridge for about 15 to 20 minutes.
*Dive cotton balls or pads into the mix.
* Leave it on your eyes for 20 minutes before washing it off.

Previously, yoga teacher Smriti Vashisht shared the following tips to avoid dark circles.

*Rub your Palm trees together and place the edges on the bottom eyes. According to Smriti, this activates energy and helps improve blood flow to the area.

*Make a rule of 20:1. “Never look at one Screen for more than 20 minutes, then don’t watch it for a full minute,” Smriti suggested, adding that it will “change your life.”
