Make the inauguration of Ujjain’s Mahakaal Lok a historic success by PM Modi, BJP Directs Leaders

As Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate one of the 12 Jyotirlingas, the newly constructed Mahakal Corridor or “Mahakaal Lok” in Ujjain, to the nation on October 11, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has urged its leaders to be “eager” to be a part this historic occasion.

Religious leaders, sadhus and dignitaries, Madhya Pradesh government ministers and devotees will witness the grand event in Ujjain. The PM will arrive at Mahakaal Lok at 17:35. Modi will address a mammoth gathering at the grounds of Kartik Mela following the inauguration of Mahakaal Lok to the Nation.

In a letter to all state and national leaders, BJP national secretary-general Arun Singh urged all party leaders to make the program a “historic and tremendous success”.

The party has organized in all Dwadesha Jyotirlinga Kshetras Pujas. All BJP elected representatives and officers have been asked to ensure their attendance on at least one of these programs.

“Similar programs to be organized in all Shivalayas and large screens to be set up for people’s convenience. The program will be directly broadcast in all districts and major math and temple sites to ensure the participation of devotees,” the party said in a statement.

Hindu religious leaders, sadhus and saints are invited to the program and BJP leaders must ensure their attendance. The message sent indicates that the government led by PM Modi has paid attention to restoring India’s cultural heritage and Bharat’s unique identity.

The announcement goes on to make the rebuilding of the majestic Ram Janmbhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, the dedication of Divya Kashi Bhavya Kashi to the nation, the general facelift of Kedarnath, the Char Dham Yatra to par with world standards, the construction and dedication of the Kartarpur corridors with no requirement to list visas, construction of Buddha circuits and Jain circuits as works of Modi government.

News18 had reported on October 3 that the center had solicited bids to build a 2-kilometer cable car to Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain at a cost of Rs 210 crore ahead of the PM inaugurating the Mega Mahakal Corridor, which Vishwanath Temple was built on lines of Kashi.
